I've loved creating for as long as I can remember.

Some of my favorite creative experiences have always been working alongside other creative people. There's something about being around people who just get it. Sharing ideas, challenging each other, and building something together that none of us would have created alone.

That's what I loved about design school. Then I entered the industry, and I was surprised by how much that feeling seemed to disappear.

I kept hearing about "collaborative" studio environments, but often saw designers working almost entirely on their own. As an introvert, I understood the appeal, but as a young designer eager to learn, I couldn't help but wonder how I was supposed to grow without actually working with other people.

Eventually, I realized I didn't want to accept that as the way creative work had to be. So I Created Nexus

I believe creativity gets better when people, ideas, and perspectives come together.

Nexus was created to bring that connection back into creative work. Not just between designers, but between creative people and the businesses they're working with.

Because your business isn't like everyone else's, and your challenges shouldn't be solved with the same ideas everyone else is using.
